Most warehouses and packing areas we are asked to visit are usually bare concrete.
After a few years the surface can become damaged and dusty.
Constant cleaning, because of the dust, which for Health & Safety reasons should not be present in any working environment and is one of the biggest reasons we find for a customer wanting to seal or paint their floors.
Most projects are completed from Friday afternoons and over the weekend allowing for a business to resume working on the Monday morning.
Preparation is carried out by our own skilled and fully trained staff using our three phase industrial grinders attached to our three motor vacuums.
Once we have achieved the required keyed surface our application process can begin.
We would expect this system to last six years or longer with care and good house keeping.
Our expectations are based on the thousands of square metres we install every year in various environments.
In areas requiring increased slip resistance a profile finish can be achieved by the incorporation of quartz or similar materials into the first coat of resin then encapsulated by the final coat.
