Repair of damaged Sub-floor and installation of Solvent Free Epoxy Coating.

Our clients subfloor had failed resulting in an unsafe work area. We removed the old subfloor and installed a new screed via mechanical pump to create a level base, followed by preparation and installation of two coats of Solvent free epoxy coating. This transformed the area into a bright, safe and hygienic working environment. This improved the safety for their employees making working in the area.

The Process:

Stage 1: The old floor was removed using a road planner and all lose debris removed.

Stage 2: A Sub floor base screed was installed by mechanical pump.

Stage 3: A Top screed was installed again by mechanical pump.

Stage 4: The screed was prepared by diamond grinding and two coats of solvent free epoxy coating was applied.
